(PARKING PLACES AND BUS STOP CLEARWAY) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026 (4330)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008
No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be in respect of a road at Hucknall in Ashfield district: -
1. Proposed Parking Places (30min max), No Return within 1 hour. Operating Mon – Sat 8am – 6:30pm along the following lengths of road:-
Watnall Road, (Hucknall) (the south-east side)
From a point 15 metres south-west of its junction with Truman Drive in a south-westerly direction to a point 3 metres north-east of a point opposite its junction with Moseley Street.
2. Proposed Bus Stop Clearway – No Stopping at any time except buses along the following lengths of road :-
Watnall Road, (Hucknall) (the south-east side)
From a point 15 metres south-west of its junction with Truman Drive in a north easterly direction for 15 metres.
