CLOSURE OF ROADS IN Whitburn - TTO/TM.256.2026/2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council have made an Order in terms of Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that in connection with Whitburn Gala Day Procession on 27/6/2026 between the hours of 09:00 - 13:30 the roads at Road Closures and Prohibition of parking from 09.00 hrs: Entirety of Ellen Street and Shanks Road. Road Closures and Prohibition of parking from 09.45 hrs: Manse Road (A706), Union Road, Manse Avenue, Glebe Road, Murraysgate Crescent, Armadale Road (A706), Empire Street, Park View, Baillie Street, Bog Road. East Main Street (A705) from Junction with Blaeberryhill Road to Whitburn Cross. West Main Street (B7069) from Junction with west leg of Murraysgate Crescent to Whitburn Cross. will be closed to vehicular traffic on a hold basis by Police Scotland.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic are available by adjoining roads
