DENTON – A) U76062 Marshalls Lane from its junction with C366 Danacre Road for 450m northwards and B) C366 Danacre Road from its junction with U76062 Marshalls Lane for 420m eastwards to facilitate pole testing works between 09:30 and 15:30 from 15th to 16th June 2026 (may continue until 28th July 2026). DEREHAM – C214 Theatre Street from its junction with U30118 Trinity Close for 40m north-eastwards to facilitate linkbox replacement works from 16th to 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). Alternative route is via: Eastbound: C214 Theatre Street, U30115 St Nicholas Street, C553 Wellington Road/Neatherd Road, U30113 Kings Road. Westbound: C214 Theatre Street, U30113 Kings Road, C553 Wellington Road/Neatherd Road. The works promoter is UK Power Networks.

DISS – U76272 Frenze Road from 40m east of its junction with U70007 Willbye Avenue for 40m towards to facilitate communication pipe repair works from 15th to 17th June 2026 (may continue until 29th July 2026). Alternative route is via: Frenze Road, Uplands Way, Walcot Road, Walcot Green, Frenze Hall Lane. The works promoter is Anglian Water.

FRAMINGHAM PIGOT AND BRAMERTON – A) U78040 Mill Lane from its junction with U78040 Bramerton Lane for 90m northwards and B) U78040 Bramerton Lane from its junction with U78040 Mill Lane for 190m westwards to facilitate new fibre network installation works from 16th to 23rd June 2026 (may continue until 4th August 2026). Alternative route is via: A) Framingham Lane, Framingham Road, The Street, Kirby Road; B) Mill Road, Kirby Road, Sallow Lane, A146 Loddon Road (Kirby Bedon, Framingham Pigot, Bramerton). The works promoter is CityFibre Metro Networks, NB: These works are anticipated to take place in phases so that Road A and Road B are not closed at the same time. Dates and times of the anticipated closures will be in place when stated on signs on site.

HARLING – West Harling Road from its junction with School Lane for 200m south-westwards to facilitate pipe replacement works from 18th to 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). Alternative route is via: C150 West Harling Road, C151 Road From Harling Road To West Harling Road, B1111 Garboldisham Road/Market Street/Church Road, C150 West Harling Road. The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

HEYWOOD AND BURSTON AND SHIMPLING – C472 Durbidges Hill from its junction with C472 Burston Road for 400m northwards to facilitate overhead cabling works between 09:30 and 15:00 on 16th June 2026 (may continue until 28th July 2026). Alternative route is via: Burston Road, Durbidges Hill, Diss Road, Mill Road, Mill Green, Hall Road, Back Heywood Road, The Heywood (Diss, Heywood, Burston and Shimpling). The works promoter is BT.

HOCKERING – 3R0446 Hockering Footpath 1 from its joining with C173 Heath Road for 10m westwards to facilitate linkbox replacement works from 17th to 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). Alternative route is via: 3R0446 Hockering Footpath 1, 3F365 Manor Close to Footbridge Footpath, U35277 Manor Close, C173 Heath Road and vice versa. The works promoter is UK Power Networks.

KIRBY CANE AND ELLINGHAM – A) C392 School Road from 25m east of its junction with C392 Loddon Road for 50m westwards and B) C392 Loddon Road from 25m north of its junction with C392 School Road for 50m southwards to facilitate water mains fitting and sluice valve repair works from 17th to 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). Alternative route is via: Wash Lane, A146 Beccles Road/Norwich Road, A143 Yarmouth Road/Kirby Cane Bypass, Wardley Hill Road (Stockton, Ellingham, Hales, Gillingham, Kirby Cane). LONG STRATTON – U76124 Brands Lane from its junction with A140 Norwich Road for 500m westwards to facilitate pole and overhead lines replacement works from 16th to 17th June 2026 (may continue until 29th July 2026). Alternative route is via: Brands Lane, Hall Lane, Parkes Lane, Bungay Road, A140 Norwich Road (Tasburgh, Tharston and Hapton, Long Stratton). The works promoter is UK Power Networks.

MATTISHALL – C200 Dereham Road from 160m east of its junction with U35238 Parkers Road for 70m eastwards to facilitate duct installation works from 15th to 17th June 2026 (may continue until 29th July 2026). NORTH ELMHAM – U35103 Great Heath Road from 940m northwest of its junction with B1110 Pump Street for 40m north-westwards to facilitate culvert location works between 05:00 and 17:00 on 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). Alternative route is via: U35103 Great Heath Road, U35104 Heath Road, C233 Gateley Road, B1145 Church Street/Elmham Road/Brisley Road, B1110 Holt Road/High Street/Pump Street and vice versa (Brisley, North Elmham). NORTH TUDDENHAM – U35003 Mill Farm Road from its junction with C489 Main Road for 70m south-eastwards to facilitate new service installation works between 09:30 and 15:30 on 18th June 2026 (may continue until 30th July 2026). Alternative route is via: C489 Main Road, C211 Mill Road, U35081 Low Road, U35003 Mill Farm Road. The works promoter is BT.

NORTH TUDDENHAM – U35071 Elsing Road from its junction with C489 Main Road to its junction with U35072 Hall Lane to facilitate new service connection works between 09:30 and 15:30 on 18th June 2026 (may continue until 30th July 2026). Alternative route is via: C489 Main Road, U35067 Pound Lane, C215 Hall Road, U35071 Elsing Road (North Tuddenham, Elsing). The works promoter is BT.

OXBOROUGH – A) Swaffham Road from 350m west of its junction with Gooderstone Road for 2130m eastwards and B) Gooderstone Road from its junction with Swaffham Road for 284m southwards to facilitate water main installation works, the Roads A-B will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 13th May to 27th November 2026 (may continue until 12th December 2027). Alternative route is via: N/A. The works promoter is Anglian Water.

REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON – C363 Dicky Hill from its junction with U76054 Gawdy Lane to its junction with U76150 Green Lane to facilitate replacement sign works on 15th June 2026 (may continue until 27th July 2026). Alternative route is via: Anti Clockwise: Low Road, The Street, Harleston Road, Swan Lane, Wilderness Lane, London Road, The Thoroughfare, Redenhall Road, Station Road, Station Hill. Clockwise: Station Hill, Station Road, Redenhall Road, Broad Street, Church Street, London Road, Wilderness Lane, Swan Lane, Harleston Road, The Street, Low Road (Redenhall with Harleston, Starston). REDENHALL WITH HARLESTON – Redenhall with Harleston Footpath 25, from its joining with C565 Spirketts Lane for 250m northwards to facilitate construction works on an adoptable highway from 13th June to 12th December 2026. Alternative route is via: N/A. The works promoter is Cripps Development Ltd.

SAXLINGHAM NETHERGATE – C187 Cargate Lane from its junction with C201 Norwich Road for 1007m westwards to facilitate drainage and verge works from 17th to 18th June 2026 (may continue until 30th July 2026). Alternative route is via: A140 Ipswich Road/Norwich Road, B1527 Hempnall Road/Mill Road, The Street, Broaden Lane, The Green, Church Hill, The Street (Morningthorpe and Fritton, Hempnall, Tasburgh, Saxlingham Nethergate, Long Stratton). The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

SAXLINGHAM NETHERGATE – Saxlingham Nethergate RB16 from its junction with Saxlingham Nethergate RB24 for 350m northwards to facilitate construction works for a natural flood management project from 5th to 14th June 2026 (previously 1st to 5th June 2026, may continue until 13th July 2026). The Order continues the provisions of the Notice dated 31st May 2026. Alternative route is via: Saxlingham Nethergate RB17, Saxlingham Nethergate FP14, Saxlingham Nethergate FP28. The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

STOKE HOLY CROSS – U78044 Chandler Road from 375m west of its junction with U78193 Valley Farm Lane for 30m westwards to facilitate new water connection works from 15th to 17th June 2026 (may continue until 29th July 2026). Alternative route is via: Stoke Road, Norwich Road, Long Lane. The works promoter is Anglian Water. NB: Access will be provided to C187 Cargate Lane from A140 Ipswich Road up to the points of closure.

STOW BEDON AND BRECKLES – C776 Mere Road from 900m southeast of its junction with C132 Road from Watton Road to Rayners Falgate for 50m south-eastwards to facilitate stop tap replacement works from 15th to 17th June 2026 (may continue until 29th July 2026). Alternative route is via: C776 Mere Road, C132 Road From Watton Road To Rayners Falgate, B1111 Watton Road, C130 Rockland Road/Brayes Lane, U33028 Mere Road (Rocklands, Stow Bedon and Breckles). TIBENHAM – U76082 Low Road from its junction with C350 Cherry Tree Road for 1500m eastwards to facilitate road patching works from 18th to 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). TOPCROFT – C368 The Street from 70m southwest of its junction with U76383 Rookery Lane for 40m south-westwards to facilitate water meter exchange works between 09:00 and 15:00 on 19th June 2026 (may continue until 31st July 2026). HOLME-NEXT-THE-SEA – U22150 Beach Road from 200m north of its junction with A149 Main Road for 50m northwards to facilitate communication pipe repair works from 16th to 18th June 2026 (may continue until 30th July 2026). METHWOLD – B1160 College Road from its junction with C36 Broad Drove for 1250m northwards to facilitate surface dressing works from 19th June to 7th July 2026 (may continue until 18th August 2026). LAWRENCE – C9 Magdalen Road from its junction with C11 High Road for 150m westwards to facilitate pole and cable replacement works between 09:00 and 16:00 on 17th June 2026 (may continue until 29th July 2026). Alternative route is via: Magdalen Road, Church Road, New Road, Lynn Road, Islington Road, High Road (Tilney All Saints, Tilney St. Lawrence). The works promoter is UK Power Networks.

WELNEY – B1100 March Road from its junction with U21024 Wisbech Road for 650m south-westwards to facilitate surfacing works from 15th to 26th June 2026 (may continue until 7th August 2026). Alternative route is via: March Road, New Road, Wisbech Road, Welney Road, Main Road, Ha Penny Toll Road, Upwell Road, Sixteen Foot Bank, Padgetts Road (Christchurch, Welney, Upwell). The works promoter is Norfolk County Council.

Unless otherwise stated, the effect of these Orders will be to prohibit the use by traffic of the named road(s)/footpath(s). In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance. Where an Order is for a reason other than works it is because of the likelihood of danger to the public or of serious damage to the road/footpath. Anticipated dates are stated but the Orders may continue until the end date where necessary or required. The Orders are revoked on the end date or on the actual date of removal of the prohibition/restriction where earlier without further notice. If necessary, the restrictions can have a maximum duration of 18 months or 6 months in respect of footpaths, cycle paths, bridleways, restricted byways, and byways open to all traffic (BOAT).

Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
