(ON-STREET PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (NO.2) ORDER 2025 (VARIATION) ORDER No.6 2026

NOTICE is given that THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is to:

• Include within the order, on-street parking places, loading places and waiting, loading and stopping restrictions as shown within the proposed map tiles and amend the Map Tile List.

• Remove the provision of 50% discount applicable in respect of one-day residents’ visitor’s permits applicable to residents who are over 60 years of age.

• Remove the availability of annual residents’ visitors permit.

The proposals are necessary to help preserve the amenities in the area.

The Order shall come into operation on 6 July 2026.

Documents giving more details of the proposals are available for public inspection at www.threerivers.gov.uk/services/parking/traffic-regulation-orders. Copies may also be made available on request.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with that person may, within six weeks from the date the Order was made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
