Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Gwahardd Traffig Trwodd Dros Dro) (C1010 Penrhyncoch, Aberystwyth) 2026 heb fod yn llai na saith diwrnod o 24/06/2026, er mwyn gwahardd cerbydau rhag teithio ar hyd y briffordd honno. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr. A’r gau 24 awr. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y de-orllewin o bwynt sydd i’r gogledd-ddwyrain o’r darn ffordd sydd ar gau, yw teithio ar hyd y C1010 i’r gyffordd â’r A4159. Trowch i’r chwith i’r A4159 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r A487T.Trowch i’r chwith i’r A487T gan deithio i’r gyffordd â’r C1010.Trowch i’r chwith i’r C1010 gan deithio i bwynt sydd i’r de-orllewin o’r darn ffordd sydd ar gau; ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Cyfanswm pellter o oddeutu 1½ milltir.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 13/07/2026 ac yn parhau hyd nes bydd y gwaith ar y llwybr teithio gweithredol wedi’i gwblhau, bydd hyn yn cymryd tua 3 mis.
Gall y Gorchymyn bara mewn grym am 18 mis.

Ceredigion County Council
The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 24/06/2026 to make the Ceredigion County Council (C1010 Penrhyncoch, Aberystwyth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2026 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. Closed 24 hours. The alternative route for south-westbound traffic from a point north-east of the closure is to travel along the C1010 to its junction with the A4159. Turn left onto the A4159 and travel to its junction with the A487T. Turn left onto the A487T and travel to its junction with the C1010. Turn left onto the C1010 and travel to a point south-west of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 1½ miles.
It is intended that the Order will come into force on 13/07/2026 and will remain in place until the active travel path works are completed – approximately 3 months.
The Order may continue in force for 18 months.
