Gloucestershire County Council - Multiple temporary road closures

GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400087 THE SQUARE AND 400087 CAUDLE LANE
(RUARDEAN PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400087 The Square and
the 400087 Caudle Lane Road, from the property known as ‘Corner House’ to the property
known as ‘Spring Place’ for a distance of approximately 105 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for electrical works by National Grid.
The said road is expected to be closed from 22nd June 2026 until 10th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE 400017 AND 400151 COLDHARBOUR ROAD
(ST BRIAVELS PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400017 and 400151 Coldharbour Road from outside of the property known as ‘Orchard Cottage’ to outside of the
property known as ‘Pentwyn’ for a distance of approximately 125 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works on behalf of Severn Trent Water.

The said road is expected to be closed on from 22nd June 2026 to 24th June 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner. TEMPORARY CLOSURE C47 LEY LANE
(WESTBURY ON SEVERN PARISH) FOREST OF DEAN DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C47 Ley Lane from outside the property known as ‘Leycourt Farm’ to outside of the property known as ‘Green
Farm’ for a distance of approximately 775 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for level crossing maintenance works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 7th July 2026 until 8th July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner. Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 403062 Trinity Way from outside the property known as No. 17a’ to outside of the property known as ‘No. 34’ for a
distance of approximately 35 metres.
The reason for the said closure is for works by Severn Trent Water.

The said road is expected to be closed from 6th July 2026 until 31st July 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
