Cradley Public Path Diversion Order 2026
The above order was made on 22nd May, 2026 by Herefordshire Council (“the Council”).
The effect of the order, if confirmed without modification, will be to divert that part of Public Footpath CD27 in the Parish of Cradley running from OS Grid Reference SO 7254 4659 to OS Grid Reference SO 7256 4651. An alternative Footpath will be created, being 2 metres in width, running from OS Grid Reference SO 7254 4659 to OS Grid Reference SO 7256 4651.
Copies of the order, plan and explanatory statement may be seen free of charge at Blueschool House, Blueschool Street, Hereford, HR1 2AN during normal opening hours. Copies are also available on the Council’s website at www.herefordshire.gov.uk.

Representations or objections to the order must be made in writing to Public Rights of Way Manager, Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane, Hereford, HR4 0LE, or via email to PROW@herefordshire.gov.uk, quoting reference PROW/TCPA107 and stating your reasons, to be received not later than 10th July, 2026. Your details may be made available to third parties.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or, if any so made, are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State, Department of Environment Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
