TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER STATEMENT OF REASONS – SPEED LIMIT ORDER 30MPH, 40MPH AND 50MPH
The effect of the Order is to reduce the speed limit on the A4046 – Cwm to Aberbeeg, to improve road safety.
The proposed speed limit reduction is considered necessary to ensure the safe movement of traffic as required under section 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
