FUL/000281/26 – Retain and refurbish existing retail unit (Ground Floor). Change of use of existing first floor offices to provide 2 No. residential units (one bedroom flats). Convert and extend existing store to rear to provide 2 No. residential units (one bedroom flats) at 26 Chester Road West, Shotton. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

FUL/000301/26 – Extend the use of the sleeper units for a further 12 months at Mostyn Lodge Hotel, Mostyn, Holywell. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

LBC/000354/26 – The proposal is to add new ‘Pay as you go’ (PAYG) equipment at the station. The proposal is to add 3 No. new Ticket Validators (PVAL’s) to allow commuters to use PAYG for ticketless travel around TfW Wales and borders network. The proposal is to install 2 No. post mounted PVAL’s and 1 No. wall mounted PVAL at Flint Railway Station, Market Square, Flint. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).

LBC/000813/25 & FUL/000812/25 – Listed Building and Planning Applications for conversion of Grade II Listed Building into 3 No independent self-contained 3 bedroom dwellings with internal and minor external alterations with associated parking and other external surfacing works at Brynford House, 21 Brynford Street, Holywell. (This development affects the special character of a Listed Building).
