What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

The Hammersmith and Fulham (Broomhouse Lane) (Prescribed Routes) Order 20**

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Order under the powers granted by sections 6, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce a banned left-turn restriction on Broomhouse Lane for vehicles exiting the Hurlingham Club at a point opposite the junction with Daisy Lane.

3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Traffic Orders, Climate Change and Transport, Place Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
