Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeisdref Sirol Blaenau Gwent, wrth weithredu’i awdurdod dan Ddeddf Rheoli Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, (fel y’i diwygiwyd), heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, effaith yr hwn fydd gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio cyffordd Stryd y Capel a Stryd y Brennin.
Y ffordd arall vw Stryd y Castell a Stryd Brennin. System unffordd i draffig dwyffordd am gyfnod y gwaith.
Gweithredir y Gorchymyn hwn ar 2 Gorffennaf 2026 i 3 Gorffennaf 2026 neu tan y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei gyflawni, p’un bynnag fydd gyntaf.

(CHAPEL STREET JUNCTION WITH HIGH STREET, ABERTILLERY, NP13 1DE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the County Borough of Blaenau Gwent in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Chapel Street junction with High Street, Abertillery.
The alternative route is via Castle Street and King Street. One way system to two way traffic for the duration of the works.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 2nd July 2026 to the 3rd July 2026 and will continue in force until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council reserves the right to extend this Order, if necessary, to complete the works being carried out should those works overrun.
The period of extension shall not exceed eighteen months from the commencement date of the Order.
