What is happening?

REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
RUSHPOOL CLOSE, LOW FARM DRIVE AND CROMER WALK, REDCAR (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2026

Not less than 7 days herefrom the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of footway specified in the schedule below.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footways specified in the schedule below. Alternative pedestrian access will be available at all times which will be indicated by signposting.

The Order will come into operation on 7.9.26 and remain in operation for 18 months, but it is envisaged that the works should be completed within 25 working days.

SCHEDULE
Footway outside 11 Rushpool Close to number 1 Rushpool Close and the side of number 18 (junction of Cromer Walk) to outside number 39. Side of number 11 to number 18 Rushpool Close (Cromer Walk).
