WESTMORLAND AND FURNESS COUNCIL (FOOTPATH NO. 536018 IN THE PARISH OF KENDAL)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to ensure the safety of the public Westmorland and Furness Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along all of footpath no. 536018 between grid references 351746, 493786 and 351618, 494205.
No alternative is available for pedestrians.
The Order will come into operation on 01 July 2026 as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed, the order may continue in force for a period of up to six months or until the completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
The closure will only be in affect between the hours of 8.00 and 18.00 Monday - Friday
