What is happening?
THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN FOOTPATH 45 (PART)
BLACKBURN TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpath referred to in the Schedule below to allow construction works for the development.
The Order becomes effective on 18th June 2026 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
