CYNGOR DINAS A SIR ABERTAWE TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER EVERSLEY ROAD, GOWER ROAD, BRYNMILL LANE & PARC WERN ROAD PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME & PARKING RESTRICTIONS NOTICE 2026
NOTICE: is hereby given that on 11th June 2026 The Council of the City and County of Swansea made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers. The order will be effective from 22nd June 2026, as set out in the schedules below. A copy of the order and plan may be inspected during office hours at Y Storfa, 277-278 Oxford St, Swansea SA1 3EL. Alternatively the documents can be viewed online at https://www.swansea.gov.uk/permanenttro. Any person wishing to challenge the validity of the order or procedures used in making this order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks of the date the order was made.

REVOCATIONS
The existing Orders are revoked insofar as they are inconsistent with the proposals hereinafter contained which relate to the length or lengths of the road or roads referred to in the schedules hereto.
SCHEDULE 2
PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME
EVERSLEY ROAD
On its northern side from its junction with the western kerbline of Parc Wern Road for a distance of 27 metres in an westerly direction.
On its southern side from its junction with the northern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 16 metres in an westerly direction.
GOWER ROAD
On its northern side from its junction with the southern kerbline of Eversley Road for a distance of 24 metres in an westerly direction.
On its southern side from its junction with the western kerbline of Brynmill Lane for a distance of 5 metres in a westerly direction.
On its southern side from its junction with the eastern kerbline of Brynmill Lane for a distance of 62 metres in an easterly direction.
BRYNMILL LANE
On its western side from its junction with the southern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 5 metres in a southerly direction.
On its eastern side from its junction with the southern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 8 metres in a southerly direction.
PARC WERN ROAD
On its western side from its junction with the northern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction.

On its southern side from a point 33 metres west of its junction with the northern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 21 metres in a westerly direction.
On its southern side from a point 102 metres west of its junction with the northern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 32 metres in a westerly direction.
On its southern side from a point 193 metres west of its junction with the northern kerbline of Gower Road for a distance of 36 metres in a westerly direction.
On its northern side from a point 10 metres east of its junction with the southeastern kerbline of Sketty Avenue for a distance of 24 metres in an easterly direction.
On its northern side from a point 54 metres east of its junction with the southeastern kerbline of Sketty Avenue for a distance of 36 metres in an easterly direction.
On its northern side from a point 105 metres east of its junction with the southeastern kerbline of Sketty Avenue for a distance of 32 metres in an easterly direction.
