Vehicles: Meadows To greenbank) Traffic regulation order 2026 - ATro/21/29h

The Council on 10/06/26 made the above Order, which will come into operation on 16/06/26. The effect is as stated in The Scotsman dated 06/12/24 (TRO/21/29D), with changes as approved by Committee: 1. Removal of 24 hr waiting restrictions on Braid Ave, Cluny Dr and Hermitage Gdns; and 2. Removal of prohibition of motor vehicles on Braid Ave, Canaan La and Hermitage Gdns. Details of the made Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free of charge between 9:30 & 15:30 Mon-Fri from 12/06/26 to 24/07/26 at Calton Hub, Waverley Court, 4 East Market St, Edinburgh, EH8 8BG or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 10/06/26, apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
