DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along NOTTINGTON LANE, WEYMOUTH between its junction with Church Lane and North Farm, a distance of approximately 125 metres. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 15 June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 10 July 2026.
This Order will enable WESSEX WATER SERVICES LIMITED, safe access to install new water main in carriageway.
An alternative route will be signed using: Nottington Lane - B3157 - East Street - School Hill - Coldharbour Harbour Hill - Nottington Lane

DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along FROME TERRACE & FRIARY HILL, DORCHESTER for their entireties.
The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 15 June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 10 July 2026.

Temporary Traffic Management Order of Various Roads, Dorchester - Night Works
DORSET COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 15 June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 23 June 2026. Works will be carried out between 2000hrs and 0600hrs.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out essential highway maintenance works.
The effect of the Order will be:
[1] To impose temporary road closure on Weymouth Avenue between its junctions with Tesco roundabout and Edward Road as and when indicated by signs on site.
[2] To impose temporary clearway on Weymouth Avenue between its junctions with Tesco roundabout and Edward Road as and when indicated by signs on site.
[3] To impose temporary road closure on Weymouth Avenue between its junctions with Dray Horse Yard and South Walks Road as and when indicated by signs on site.
[4] To impose temporary clearway on Weymouth Avenue between its junctions with Dray Horse Yard and South Walks Road as and when indicated by signs on site.
[5] To impose temporary road closure on South Walks Road between its junctions with Weymouth Avenue and Icen Way as and when indicated by signs on site.
[6] To impose temporary clearway on South Walks Road between its junctions with Weymouth Avenue and Icen Way as and when indicated by signs on site.
Please note that any vehicle waiting in contravention of temporary parking restrictions may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986. If a vehicle has been removed, the owner must contact the Council's vehicle recovery contractor: Ashleywood Recovery Ltd/Bride Valley Recovery Ltd on 01305 889421.
A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable travel to and from around the closed sections.

DORSET COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The Order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come into operation on 15th July 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 22nd July 2026.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works.
The effect of the order is as follows:
[1] To impose temporary road closure on Various Roads, Tincleton as listed:
- [i] Blacksmiths Lane, Tincleton from junction with C59 to Tincleton Farm Access Road (in both directions);
- [ii] Tincleton Farm Access Road, Tincleton from Blacksmiths Lane to junction with C59 (in both directions).
Please note the closures will be in operation, as and when indicated by signs on site. Advanced warning signs will be placed on the road two weeks advance of the closure to indicate the exact dates the closure will affect the roads. A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable travel around the closed sections.
[2] To impose clearway and parking suspension as indicated by signs on site to prevent waiting or parking on the highway along Various Roads, Tincleton as listed:
- [i] Blacksmiths Lane, Tincleton from junction with C59 to Tincleton Farm Access Road (in both directions);
- [ii] Tincleton Farm Access Road, Tincleton from Blacksmiths Lane to junction with C59 (in both directions).
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

It will come into operation on 15th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months, however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 26th June 2026.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to recover stone from watercourse and rebuild downstream stone parapet.

It will come into operation on 13th July 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months, however, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 31st July 2026.
This Order will enable Dorset Council to carry out carriageway maintenance and resurfacing works.
The effect of this Order is as follows:
[i] To impose a temporary road closure on B3390, Warmwell from Access Road leading to Warmwell Mill, Warmwell to Warmwell Cross Roundabout. Please note the closures will be in operation, as and when indicated by signs on site. Advanced warning signs will be placed on the road two weeks advance of the closure to indicate the exact dates the closure will affect the roads. A locally signed diversion route will be put in place to enable travel around the closed sections.
[ii] To impose a temporary speed restriction of 10mph to facilitate the use of a convoy working vehicle along B3390, Crossways & Warmwell from Access Road leading to Warmwell Mill, Warmwell to a point 100 metres to the north of Redbridge Road (as indicated by signs on site).
[iii] To impose a clearway and parking suspension as indicated by signs on site to prevent waiting or parking on the highway along B3390, Crossways & Moreton from a point 100 metres to the north of Redbridge Road to Warmwell Cross Roundabout (as indicated by signs on site).
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
