What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 - Section 14(1) - Temporary Road Closure Renters Avenue Roundabout NW4

THE BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate water repair works to be carried out, they intend to make an Order which will close Renters Avenue Roundabout NW4 in that length of the south-eastbound carriageway of Renters Avenue roundabout, NW4, from its junction with Shirerhall Lane to its junction with the circulatory carriageway comprised within the roundabout situated at or adjacent to the junction of Cooper Road and any parts thereof; while the works take place.

The works will commence on Monday 29th June 2026 and is expected to last for 3 days.

The alternative route for motorists will be via: Shirehall Lane, Haslemere Avenue and Shirehall Park.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or other uniformed personnel authorised by the Commissioner of the Metropolis.
