What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) Dudden Hill Lane And Meyrick Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 202*
The Council of The London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that to facilitate a water mains replacement with service relays and connections in Dudden Hill Lane and Meyrick Road, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to:-
(a) prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in Dudden Hill Lane, between the north-eastern kerb-line of High Road, Willesden and a point opposite the north-western boundary of No. 37 Dudden Hill Lane; and
(b) suspend the one-way working in Meyrick Road, between its junction with Dudden Hill Lane and High Road, Willesden, to allow vehicular access and egress,
when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.
The prohibitions referred to in (a) above and the suspensions referred to in (b) above would apply between 6th July 2026 and 10th January 2028 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier only. Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Access to premises in or adjacent to Dudden Hill Lane would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in (a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
