EASTBANK ROAD AND ORMESBY BANK, ORMESBY (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF CYCLING AND PEDESTRIANS) ORDER 2026
Not less than 7 days herefrom the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the length of footway and cycle lane specified in the schedule below.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footway and cycle lane specified in the schedule below. Local diversions will be in operation.
The Order will come into operation on 29.6.26 and remain in operation for 18 months, but it is envisaged that the works should be completed within 35 working days.
SCHEDULE
Eastbank Road Footway outside 1 Eastbank Road to outside 35 Eastbank Road, Ormesby.
Ormesby Bank Cycle Lane from junction A174 to Outside 78 Ormesby Bank (even side of the road), Ormesby.
B Archer, Chief Executive, Redcar and Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT.
