Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council has made the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Lion Street, Oakengates (Prohibition of Right Hand Turn) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, in order to undertake new connection works. The orders become operational from the 14/6/26. The following road is affected: Lion Street, Oakengates turning right onto Oxford Street, Oakengates Alternative routes for traffic travelling in all directions will be signed on site during the closures. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 14/6/26.
