What is happening?

SECTION 90A HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 (JUNCTION TABLES)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leicestershire County Council proposes to construct raised junction tables on Various Roads, Market Harborough. The junction tables will be constructed under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980 and all other enabling powers.
The provisional location for the traffic calming measures are as follows and are subject to a change in position following public consultations: -
Ashley Way – A 14.1m long raised table at the at the point where
Ashley Way meets the westbound carriageway with Rockingham Road (A4304), Market Harborough. The table will be 75mm in height kerb to kerb with a gradient of 1:13
The Furlongs – A 7.0m long raised table located at the junction where The Furlongs meets the westbound carriageway of Rockingham Road (A4304), Market Harborough. The table will be
75mm in height with a gradient of 1:13
Riverside – A 7.0m long raised table located at the junction where
Riverside meets the eastbound carriageway of Rockingham Road (A4304), Market Harborough. The table will be 75mm in height with a gradient of 1:13
The access road to the Halfords and PureGym car park – A 7.0m long raised table located at the junction where the entrance road to Halfords and Pure Gym car park meets of Rockingham Road (A4304), Market Harborough. The table will be 75mm in height with a gradient of 1:13
The access road to the train station car park – A 7.0m long raised table located at the junction where the access road to the train station car park meets the eastbound carriageway of Rockingham Road (A4304), Market Harborough. The table will be 75mm in height with a gradient of 1:13
