TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 - NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 OR 13

The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

1. Internal alterations to remove ground floor partition and removal of first floor bathroom to front and form new bathroom and en-suite to rear, removal of UPVC fittings to front elevation and installation of new cast aluminium soil fittings to rear elevation at Combs Hall, 67, Combs Road, Thornhill, Dewsbury. Application No. 2026/91193.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

2. Change of use of detached annex to standalone dwelling at The Annex, Middle Hall Farm, Halifax Road, Hightown, Liversedge. Application No. 2026/91036.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning applications have been received which affect a public right of way

3. Change of use of detached annex to standalone dwelling at The Annex, Middle Hall Farm, Halifax Road, Hightown, Liversedge (Footpath No. SPE/111/30). Application No. 2026/91036.

4. Change of use, retention of agricultural buildings and alterations to convert to 9 dwellings at Liley Hall Farm, 3, Liley Lane, Upper Hopton, Mirfield (Footpath No. MIR/84/20). Application No. 2026/90880.
