1. Retention of Waste Recycling Centre for construction & demolition waste to include a lightweight structure, landscaped bund, parking and associated plant and machinery [Section 73 application for variation of conditions 2 (Site Layout and Buffer Zone), 11 (Dust and Noise Management Plan), 14 (Acoustic fencing and dust netting), 26 (Approved Plans) of 51471/009]
2. Change of use (with associated building modifications) from existing builders storage depot to a waste recycling facility to accept and process commercial and industrial waste (including the use of a waste picking station and trommel) on industrial land at the former sewage works off Waterbrook Road, Alton. [Section 73A application for variation of conditions]
