Temporary Closure of East Nynehead Road
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: East Nynehead Road - from 685 metres west of the junction with Oake Road, westwards for a total distance of 123 metres. This Order will enable Network Rail to carry out level crossing testing works.
The Order becomes effective on 25th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 29th June 2026 and last until 30th June 2026 between the hours of 22:00 - 06:00 for a total of 1 night.
