NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce • Mandatory School Keep Clear markings adjacent to the school
Mon - Fri 8 - 9.30am and 2.30 - 4.30pm. • No Waiting & No loading Mon - Fri 8 - 9.30am and 2.30 - 4.30pm on Pennygate fronting numbers 297 - 353 and 246 - 254 and on
Abbots Crescent. • No Waiting & No Loading at any time at the junctions of Pennygate
with Monks House Lane, Abbots Crescent, Chaucer’s Way and Hannam Boulevard • No Waiting at Any time on sections of Monks House Lane. • Bus Stop Clearway in the vicinity of properties no’s 331 - 335
will ensure unrestricted access for scheduled bus services by prohibiting the stopping, waiting and loading of any vehicle except a bus. The clearways will be in operation between the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Exemptions are included on the no waiting at any time which will
permit waiting for disabled persons’ vehicles and for the purpose of picking up or setting down passengers, loading or unloading of goods, the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water and telecommunications apparatus.
