TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS
ROCHESTER ROAD STREET PARTY, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from entering, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Rochester Road in both directions between its junctions with Palmerstone Road/Shaftesbury Road and Woodfield Road.

The Order will come into effect from 11:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe operation of the charity event.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months, but it is expected that the road will be re-opened at 20:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 when safe to do so.

The closure will be barriered and manned by volunteers to maintain access to properties.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

(c) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the event;

(d) Pedestrian access to all properties within the restriction and access through the restriction maintained along defined routes throughout the period of the closure

Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

MIDLAND PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE PROCESSION, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from entering, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along the roads set out in the schedule below to such an extent and time as indicated by event marshals and prescribed traffic signs on site.

The Order will come into effect from 14:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe operation of the charity event.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months, but it is expected that the road will be re-opened at 16:00 hours on Saturday 13th June 2026 when safe to do so, as soon as the parade has passed by.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

TEMPORARY PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY/FOOTPATH CLOSURE
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY FOOTPATH
VOLVOGRAD PLACE, COVENTRY

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of which will be a closure of the length of footpath detailed in the Schedule below (when appropriate signage is in place).

The Order will come into operation at 00.01 hours on Monday 15th June 2026, and is required to allow access for a MEWP which is required for light repairs to the underpass on or near the footpath.

The maximum duration of this Order is six (6) months but it is expected that the works will be completed by Tuesday 16th June 2026.

Closure times will be as signed on site.

Any alternative route for pedestrians will be sign posted on site.

Exemptions would be provided for: -

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Madeira Croft.

The Order will come into effect on 00:01 hours on Friday 12th June 2026 and is required to allow Severn Trent Water to renew a frame and cover of an access chamber on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by Friday 12th June 2026.

The specific closure times will apply as the signage indicates on site.

Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic will be as signed on site.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), has made a temporary Order, the effect of the Order will be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Rowleys Green to such extent when prescribed signs are displayed.

The Order will come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 15th June 2026 and is required to enable carriageway maintenance work including resurfacing, repairs, surface treatment and associated works to take place safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works will be completed by 00:01 hours on Friday 26th 2026.

Exemptions will be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Hen Lane for its full length.

The Order would come into effect at 07.00 hours on Wednesday 24th June 2026 and is required to enable carriageway maintenance work including re-surfacing, repairs, surface treatment and associated works to take place safely on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Wednesday 24th June 2026.

The road will be closed or restricted on a number of occasions for various durations, to such an extent as when prescribed signs are displayed.

Diversion(s) for vehicular traffic would be as signed on site.

Access to premises would be maintained wherever possible.

Exemptions would be provided for:

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding on Albert Street (cul-de-sac ) side near to Harmony Family Hub, commencing from the junction with Clifton Street.

The Order would come into effect at 00:01 hours on Saturday 20th June 2026 and is required to renew a short communications pipe on the said road.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Sunday 21st June 2026.

The specific closure times would apply as the signage indicates on site.

Coventry City Council, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended), intends to make a temporary Order, the effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from waiting, loading or unloading, entering or proceeding along Gaza Close for its entire length.

The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Monday 22nd June 2026 and is required to allow BT to clear blockages in their ducting safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Wednesday 24th June 2026. Exemptions would be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

The Order would come into effect from 00:01 hours on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 and is required to allow a blockage to be cleared on the carriageway safely.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months or until the said works are completed, whichever is earlier. It is expected that the works would be completed by Thursday 25th June 2026.

Exemptions would be provided for:

(a) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or civil enforcement officer in uniform;

(b) emergency service vehicles, local authority vehicles and statutory undertaker vehicles at the time of an emergency for that vehicle to have access to part of a street under restriction imposed by the Order;

The Order would come into operation at 00:01 hours Monday 22nd June 2026 and is required to allow BT to safely install new ducting.

The maximum duration of this Order is six (6) months but it is expected that the works would be completed by Wednesday 24th June 2026.

Closure times would be as signed on site.

The Order would prohibit vehicles to such an extent and at such time as indicated signs on site. Diversion routes for the closures would be as signed on site.

The Order would come into effect from 08:00 hours on Saturday 20th June 2026 and is required to enable the safe operation of the charity event.

The maximum duration of the Order is eighteen (18) months, but it is expected that the road will be re-opened at 23:00 hours on Saturday 20th June 2026 when safe to do so, as soon as the parade has passed by.
