4 and the junction with Antony Road, Moor View between property
number 16 and the junction with Antony Road, York Road between the
junctions with Buller Road and Antony Road, Albion Road between the
junctions with Antony Road and Clarence Road, Well Park Road between
the junctions with Antony Road and Clarence Road, Scanner Road
between property number 1 and the junction with Antony Road, Road

Notice is further hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 11th May 2026 continuing to temporarily impose a stopping
prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified over an area of highway being
Harvey Street between the junctions with Salamanca Street and North Road and between grid reference SX 43891 55236 and the junction with
Fore Street, Antony Road between the junctions with North Road and
Adela Road, Tamar Street between the junctions with Harvey Street and
Fore Street, Quarry Street between the junctions with Harvey Street and

Notice is further hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 11th May 2026 continuing to temporarily impose a speed
restriction of 10 MPH of the undermentioned length of road in Torpoint
for approximately 754 metres over an area of highway being Harvey
Street between the junctions with Salamanca Street and North Road and
Antony Road between the junctions with North Road and Adela Road,
Torpoint.
The Order which commenced on the 26th May 2026 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 27th June
2026.
The prohibition will be in force from 1900 hours on the 26th May 2026 and continue until 0600 hours on the 27th June 2026, weekends
included.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction is necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because resurfacing
works are being executed on or near the road.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services, traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle
being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or
at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
