FOOTPATH NO. 69 BAILDON, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Footpath No. 69 Baildon, Baildon should be restricted or prohibited because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath intended not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath No. 69 Baildon from its junction with Silson Lane to its junction with Old Langley Lane
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
No alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 22nd of June 2026 and remain in force until 23:55 hours on the 17th of July 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
