ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH No. 2, MORTEHOE) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From: Thursday, 18th June 2026 To: Thursday, 17th December 2026 No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path.

Public right of way affected: FOOTPATH No. 2, MORTEHOE from the junction with Mortehoe Footpath 1, heading north up to the holiday park

There is no alternative route.

The closure is necessary in the interest of public safety whilst boardwalk repairs are undertaken.
