CUMBERLAND COUNCIL (A5086 NEAR ULLOCK) (TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable utility works to be carried out (“the Works), Cumberland Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding at speeds in excess of 30 miles per hour along that section of the A5086, near Ullock, from its junction with the C2030, extending in a north easterly direction for approx. 170 m.
No speed limit imposed by this Order will apply to vehicles falling within regulation 3(4) of the Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 when used in accordance with regulation 3(5) of those Regulations.

The Order will come into operation on 7 July 2026 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restrictions will only be required for 25 days and only as and when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
