Hysbysir drwy hyn fod y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Merthyr Tudful y Ganolfan Ddinesig Stryd y Castell Merthyr Tudful ar 12 Rhagfyr 2024 a’i effaith yw gwahardd cerddwyr rhag mynd ar hyd y darn cyfan o’r llwybr troed sy’n ymestyn o’r cyfeirnod grid ST09499723 ac sy’n mynd ymlaen i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain yn bennaf ac yna i’r de-ddwyrain i gyfeirnod grid ST09709738 wedi parhau i rym gyda chymeradwyaeth Gweinidogion Cymru er budd diogelwch y cyhoedd tra bod y datblygiad yn cael ei gynnal tan 12 Rhgfyr 2026. TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2024
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council of Civic Centre Castle Street Merthyr Tydfil on the 12th December 2024 the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along the whole length of the footpath which extends from grid reference ST09499723 and proceeds in a general north-easterly direction and then a general south-easterly direction to grid reference ST09709738 has been continued in force with the approval of the Welsh Ministers in the interest of public safety whilst development is undertaken until 12th December 2026. No alternative route is available.
