NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION Application Number: SCC/26/0042-FULL-MAJ

Greener Composting– Application for:

(1)   Consolidation of the existing permitted open windrow composting operations including all development permitted by planning permission L.18/02/823/W and the existing permitted biomass boiler facility including all development permitted by planning permission L.19/10/823 W;

(2)   Retrospective planning permission for the increased total volume of compostable material delivered to the site in any 12-month period;

(3)   Retrospective planning permission for the increased number of loads of green waste or organic waste delivered to the site;

(4)    Construction of a lagoon.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – (AS AMENDED)

FOREST LIVE 2026

VARIOUS ROADS IN THE COUNTY OF STAFFORDSHIRE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Staffordshire County Council will make an Order on 9/6/26, the effect of which will be to implement temporary parking restrictions, temporary 30 MPH speed limits, and prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in those roads in the District of Cannock Chase that comprise the traffic management plan of the Forest Live 2026 event as summarised below. Any vehicle being used in connection with the event; or being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purpose will be exempt from the restrictions contained in the Order.

The restrictions are necessary to maintain the safety of the event and road users. Diversion routes will be signed on site, and any temporary restrictions in terms of speed limits and parking will be clearly signed.

The Order will not at any time prevent access of residents to properties situated on or adjacent to any road to which the order relates or to any properties only accessible to pedestrians from such a road. Roads covered by this Order:

IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE RESTRICTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE

FROM 24TH JUNE 2026 AT 1600 HOURS. THE RESTRICTIONS

WILL BE LIFTED ONCE THE EVENT HAS CONCLUDED WHICH IS ANTICIPATED TO BE BY 29TH JUNE AT 0100 HOURS.

The Order will come in to operation on 24/6/26 and will remain in force until the event has concluded. The event is being organised by Tracsis Events Ltd.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 9/6/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:

The Order will come into operation on 15/6/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 23/6/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new electrical connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:

The Order will come into operation on 29/6/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 3/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 29/6/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 1/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Church Rd, Cannock. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB149719608. The Order will come into operation on 29/6/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 10/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the repairs to waste water pipe, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 29/6/26 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 1/7/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new connection works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT REDUCTION

Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 9/6/26 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily reduce the speed limit along:

Watery Ln, Curborough. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB150083881. The Order will come into operation on 15/6/26 and the said deliveries will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the deliveries will be completed by 30/9/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the deliveries, which are proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
