1. The Council of the London Borough of Haringey hereby gives notice that ensure safety of the public during the holding of the above-titled special event, it intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. Road closure of Alexandra Palace Way / South Terrace N22 - The entire length through the park. Suspension of parking/introduction of no waiting/no loading on: 2. Alexandra Park Road N22: a. North side: between the common boundary of Nos.161 and 163 and the common boundary of Nos.171 and 173. b. North side: from the western boundary of children’s nursery at Chantry Hall to a point outside No.135A. c. South side: between the common boundary of Nos.196 and 198 and Nos. 210 and 212. d. South side: from a point outside No.150 to a point outside Nos. 1 and 8 Hampton Court, Alexandra Park Road. 3. The Avenue N10: Northeast side (park side): opposite Nos 1 – 43. 4. Clarendon Road N8: Both sides: all bays between Hornsey Park Road and adjacent to No.32 (Transformation Church). |

Road Closures & suspension of parking/introduction of no waiting/no loading: 5. Entire length of Bedford Road N22 6. Entire length of Buckingham Road N22. 7. Palace Gates Road N22 between its junctions with Crescent Road and Bedford Road. 8. Station Road N22 between its junctions with Park Avenue and Buckingham Road. Suspension of parking and introduction of no waiting/no loading: 9. Alexandra Park Road N22: Both sides, from its junction with Bedford Road, west for approximately 20 metres. |
3. The prohibitions and restrictions specified in Article 2 above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or directed by a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer. Essential access for residents will be maintained as far as possible during the period of the road closure. Diversion routes related to the closures will be signed as appropriate.
4. Any persons having a query or representation regarding the above measures should contact Traffic Management Group on 020 8489 1300.
5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
