Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to our map-based records at the locations listed below. These changes are purely administrative to ensure accuracy of our records and consistency with the on-street signage which will result in no physical changes on the ground.

Location Description
Alroy Road N4 To formalise the CPZ operational times for all resident permit holders only bays.
Brownlow Road N11 To formalise the operational times of 8am-6:30pm for the single yellow line outside No.1 to No.7.
Campsbourne Road N8 1) To replace the Pay by Phone parking bay on the east side opposite No.1b to No.1d with Double Yellow Lines.

2) To replace the Permit Holders Only on the east opposite the rear of No.12 to No.16 The Campsbourne with Double Yellow Lines.

3) To relocate the loading only bay to the opposite side of the carriageway from adjacent to No.6 Campsbourne Parade to adjacent to No.1 High Street extending it to a length of 10 metres and reinstate double yellow lines at the original location.

Clarendon Road N22 1) To install a goods vehicle loading only parking bay operating CPZ hours with a max stay of 40 minutes and no return within 1 hour:

  a. For 18 metres (in layby) outside No.5 (Chocolate Factory), replaces business permit holders parking.

  b. For 12 metres outside Parma House, replaces single yellow line.

2) To replace approximately 15 metres of business permit holders parking with single yellow line (outside Chocolate Factory southern access).

3) To replace 4 metres of single yellow line outside Unit No.3 with business permit holders only parking.

4) To extend the double yellow lines on both sides at the junction with Coburg Road by approximately 2.5 metres and adjust in accordance with the revised carriageway layout.

5) To adjust all other single yellow lines and double yellow lines adjust on Clarendon Road N22 in accordance with the revised carriageway layout.

Devonshire Road/White Hart Lane N17 To formalise the no loading at any time restrictions between the bus stop outside Elmer Court to No.498
Gladstone Avenue N22 To formalise the electric taxis charging only parking bay (max stay 1 hour and no return within 2 hours) adjacent to No.162 High Road.
Highgate High Street N6 To formalise the pay by phone parking bay operating CPZ hours (max stay 1 hour) outside No.24-30.
Holmdale Terrace N15 To replace existing zebra crossing zig zag markings by extending the permit holders only parking outside No.3 southeast by approximately 5.9 metres and install approximately 6.6 metres of no waiting at any time restrictions outside No.2.
Latimer Road N15 To formalise the permit parking zone operating CPZ hours.
Nightingale Lane N8 To amend the existing shared use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders Only bay on the east side opposite the flank wall of No.4 Priory Road so that it is partially on the footway. The location and dimensions will remain the same.
Rostrevor Avenue N15 To convert the disabled parking bay outside No.10 to permit holders only parking.
Tredegar Road N11 To amend the list of permit eligible properties within the Bounds Green Controlled Parking Zone to include all properties on Tredegar Road N11.
Twyford Avenue N2 To formalise the single yellow line (operating CPZ hours) on the existing school keep clear markings outside No.63–67.

A minor amendment is to be made to The Haringey (Moving Traffic Restrictions) (No.3) Order 2025 (relating to the La Rose Lane N15 prohibition of motor vehicles restriction) to correct a location reference error.

A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send grounds for their objection via the online portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey or alternatively email traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk or write to Traffic Management Group, Alexandra House, 4th floor, 225, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR quoting reference 2026-T12, by 1st July 2026.
