Brucefield Road, Forestmill (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Brucefield Road, Forestmill) Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26th March 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Brucefield Road, Forestmill: From a point 260 metres or thereby north of its junction with A907, northwards for a distance of 1200 metres or thereby.
Diversion: Via A907, A977, C89 and vice versa.
The order runs from 08:00 until 17:00 hours on Thursday 25th June 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for safety as minimum road width can’t be maintained during works.
Various Streets, Menstrie (Temporary Rolling Road Closure) Order 2026
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Various Streets, Menstrie) Temporary Rolling Road Closure Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 26th March 2026: where there will be Temporary Rolling Road Closure at:
- Hazel Avenue: From its junction with Birch Grove, westwards for a distance of 252 metres or thereby.;
- Dumyat Road: From its junction with Burnside, southwards for a distance of 43 metres or thereby.;
- Burnside Road: From its junction with Dumyat Road, eastwards for a distance of 161 metres or thereby.;
- Brook Street: From its junction with Castle Road, southwards for a distance of 95 metres or thereby.;
- Castle Road: From its junction with Brook Street, eastwards for a distance of 48 metres or thereby.
- Menstrie Place: From its junction with Castle Road, eastwards for a distance of 165 metres or thereby.
- Elmbank: From its junction with Menstrie Place, eastwards for a distance of 168 metres or thereby.
- Forthvale: From its junction with Elmbank, northwards for a distance of 75 metres or thereby.
The order runs from 11:45 hours until 12:35 hours on Saturday 20th June 2026, on the section of roads described in the Schedule. The order is required for safety as minimum road width can’t be maintained during works.
Banchory Place, Tullibody (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (Banchory Place, Tullibody) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Thursday 14th May 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at Banchory Place, Tullibody: From its junction with B9096 Alloa Road, northwards for a distance of 120 metres or thereby.
Diversion: Via Alloa Road, Banchory Place and vice versa.
The order runs from 08:00 hours until 15:00 hours each day between Monday 22nd June 2026 until Friday 26th June 2026. The order is necessary for carriageway resurfacing.
C88 From A977 Forestmill To Meeks Park Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Driving, Parking And Loading) Order 2026
The Council has made “The Clackmannanshire Council (C88 From A977 Forestmill to Meeks Park Road) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Parking and Loading) Order 2026, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on Tuesday 26th May 2026: where there will be a temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading at C88 From A977 Forestmill to Meeks Park Road: From its junction with A977 Forestmill, northwards until its junction with Meeks Park Road, a distance of 960 metres or thereby.
Diversion: Via C88 Aberdona Road, B9140, B913, A977 and vice versa.
The order runs from 07:00 hours until 18:00 hours each day between Monday 29th June 2026 until Friday 10th July 2026. The temporary prohibition of driving, parking and loading is required for bridge repairs.
New Broadmeadows, Pool O’muckhart, 20 Mph Speed Limit Experimental Order 2026
The Council proposes to make the above Experimental Order under Sections 9, 10(2), 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
This will designate the sections of roads in Clackmannanshire New Broadmeadows, Pool O’Muckhart:
- From a point 478 metres or thereby east of its junction with A91,
- Eastwards for a distance of 892 metres or thereby;
as a 20 mph speed limit to reduce the speed limit in the interests of road safety.
The experimental traffic order is required to reduce the speed limit in the interests of road safety. The experimental traffic order will be used to monitor the effectiveness of the new speed limit on these roads.
