Hysbysir drwy hyn ar 09/06/2026 bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi gwneud Gorchymyn trwy ymarfer ei bwerau o dan Adrannau 1(1), 2(1)(2), 4 (2)(3), 5 a Rhan IV Atodlen 9 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, y disgrifir eu heffaith yn Atodlenni’r Hysbysiad hwn.

Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Fannau Aros a Pharcio) (Cydgrynhoi) 2008 ac Atodlen 2 GORCHYMYN RHEOLEIDDIO TRAFFIG CYFANOL Y DDINAS WRECSAM (FFYRDD AMRYWIOL) (CANOL Y DDINAS) RHAN 1 2025 yn cael eu hamrywio neu eu diddymu i’r graddau y mae’n ymwneud â darnau o ffyrdd y mae’r Atodlenni i’r Hysbysiad hwn yn nodi cyfyngiadau iddynt.

Gellir archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn, a ddaw i rym ar 12/06/2026, a datganiad o resymau’r cyngor dros wneud y Gorchymyn, yn Adran yr Amgylchedd a Chynllunio, Depo Ffordd yr Abyt, Stad Ddiwydiannol Wrecsam, Wrecsam a Neuadd y Dref, Wrecsam, yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol. THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM (VARIOUS ROADS, COMPOSITE) ORDER NO.2 2026

Notice is hereby given that on 09/06/2026 Wrexham County Borough Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Sections 1(1), 2(1)(2), 4 (2)(3), 5 and Part IV Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be as described in the Schedules to this Notice.

Wrexham County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2008 and Schedule 2 of THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WREXHAM (VARIOUS ROADS)/CITY CENTRE TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) PART 1 2025 are varied or revoked to the extent that it relates to lengths of road in which restrictions are identified by the Schedules to this Notice.

A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 12/06/2026, and a statement of the council's reasons for making the Order may be examined at Environment and Planning Department, Abbey Road Depot, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham and Guildhall, Wrexham, during normal office hours. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it has not been complied with, you may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
