Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dim cynt na 7 diwrnod o 10 Mehefin 2026 sydd yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio Bryn Gobaith Llanelwy yn Sir Ddinbych sy’n ymestyn i’r gogledd ddwyrain o bwynt sydd tua 80 metr o’i chyffordd gyda Mount Road.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn caniatáu i Network Plus wneud gwaith trydanol ar ran Scottish Power Energy Networks.

Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Nid oes llwybr arall ar gael.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 30 Mehefin 2026 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa bynnag sydd gyntaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 6 Gorffennaf 2026.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL BRYN GOBAITH, ST. ASAPH

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 10th June 2026 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using Bryn Gobaith St. Asaph in the County of Denbigh which extends north eastward from a point approximately 80 metres from its junction with Mount Road.

The closure is necessary to facilitate electrical works by Network Plus on behalf of Scottish Power Energy Networks.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

There is no alternative route available.

The Order is effective from 30th June 2026 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 6th July 2026.
