Bolton - Amendments to Waiting, Loading, Unloading & Moving Traffic Restrictions

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON

THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (HALLIWELL WARD VARIOUS STREETS) (AMENDMENT) (NO. ) ORDER 2026

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

Deletions:

No Waiting At Any Time

Ulleswater Street (north), Bertha Street (west), Halliwell Road (south) and Back Progress Street (both).

No Waiting Monday–Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm

Charlotte Street (north) and Charlotte Street (south).

No Loading Monday–Saturday 7:30am to 9:30am and Monday – Friday 4:00pm to 6:30pm

Ulleswater Street (both).

Limited Waiting Monday–Saturday 8.00am to 6.00pm 1 hour (No Return within 1 hour)

Halliwell Road (south).

Additions:

No Waiting At Any Time:

Ulleswater Street (north-east), Ulleswater Street (north), Back Grasmere Street (east), Back Grasmere Street (west), Chalfont Street (north), Chalfont Street (south), Keswick Street (west), Watersmead Close (both), Watersmead Close (west), Back Cardwell Street (west), Back Cardwell Street (east), Canning Street (north), Bertha Street (north-west), Peak Street (south-east), Halliwell Road (south-west), Beech Street (east), Back Progress Street (both), Back Progress Street (south-west), Back Progress Street (north-east) and Elmfield Street (south).

No Waiting Monday–Friday 7:30am to 9:30am and 4:00pm to 6:30pm

Brooklyn Street (permitted direction of travel southwards)

Prohibition of Driving: – Brooklyn Street

Additions:

One way traffic:

Back Latham Street (permitted direction of travel southbound) and Brooklyn Street (permitted direction of travel in south-westbound).

Prohibition of Driving: – Back Progress Street
