Temporary Closure of Four Lanes

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Four Lanes - from the junction with Hornsbury Mills To Four Lanes, westwards for a total distance of 81 metres.

This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole testing works.

The Order becomes effective on 24th June 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd July 2026 and last until 3rd July 2026 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
