NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of June 2026 Cornwall Council made the above Order operational from 11 th day of June 2026 to regulate traffic in Penzance. The effect is to introduce and amend restrictions on waiting along the lengths of road described below.
The Order and relevant documents are available for public inspection during normal office hours at Reception, New County Hall, Treyew Road, Truro, TR1 3AY.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision thereof on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 4th June 2026, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
