NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council have made an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53, 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be to introduce:
• no right turn restrictions on GAS STREET and REGENCY WHARF at their junctions with Broad Street
• a prohibition of pedestrians on FIVE WAYS UNDERPASS
• an amendment to the bus lane on HARBORNE ROAD to be effective Monday to Saturday 7am to 10am & 4pm to 7pm
• consolidated bus lane restrictions on STRATFORD ROAD
• no stopping except taxi restrictions on a length of SHEEPCOTE STREET
The Orders will come into operation on 12th June 2026.

If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or of any of the provisions contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders may within 6 weeks from the 11th June 2026 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
