What is happening?

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
– COOKSTOWN

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an
Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting
Restrictions (Cookstown) (Amendment) Order (Northern
Ireland) 2026.
The Order amends The Parking Places on Roads and
Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) Order (Northern Ireland)
2018 by the addition of a no waiting at any time restriction
(loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Drum Road,
Cookstown. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in
certain circumstances.
Full details are contained in the draft Order which together
with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free
of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI
TRAM Western Division, Network Development, County
Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh BT79 7AF or viewed online
at

www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations


Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only
which can be arranged either by e-mail using the email
address below or by telephone on 0300 200 7899 during
office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
Any person may object or make other representations,
specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to
the Department at the address above or by emailing

within a period of
22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
