DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod y Gorchymyn a gyflwynwyd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf ar 12 Rhagfyr 2024 yn unol ag adran 14(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a fyddai wedi dod i ben ar 18 Mehefin 2025 yn parhau ewn grym. Bydd y Gorchymyn yma, dan awdurdod Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Ogledd Cymru a Thrafnidiaeth, un o Weinidogion Cymru, wrth adfer y pwerau a roddir gan Adran 15(5) o'r Ddeddf, mewn grym hyd at ac yn cynnwys 17 Rhagfyr 2025

Bydd y Gorchymyn yma'n cau'r rhannau canlynol o'r l lwybrau yma dros dro:-

LLWYBR TROED 21 LLANHARAN
Rhan y llwybr sy'n dechrau ar Ffordd-y-Coetir (SS9817682618) ac i gyfeiriad y dwyrain-gogleddddwyrain, cyn troi i barhau i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain a g orffen ar yr A473 Heol Pen-y-bont (SS9861582420).

Llwybr Arall i Gerddwyr
Yn ystod cyfnod cau'r llwybr, dylai'r cyhoedd ddefnyddio'r lôn gyferbyn ag eiddo Rhyd Lethin (SS98178261) sy'n mynd i gyfeiriad y de ar hyn y ffordd fetlin, yn troi tuag at y dwyrain i ddilyn yr A473 (Heol Newydd / Heol Pen-y-Bont) cyn gorffen wrth y gyffordd â llwybr troed 20 Llanharan (SS98838252)

Mae'n rhaid cau'r llwybr gan fod angen gwneud gwaith adeiladu ar ystad newydd o dai yno. Gallai'r gwaith beri perygl i'r cyhoedd.

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL

(FOOTPATH 21 LLANHARAN)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council on 12th December 2024 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) which would have expired on 18th June 2025 has been continued in force under authority of the Cabinet Secretary for North Wales and Transport, one of the Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers contained in section 15(5) of the Act and shall be operative up to and including 17th December 2025.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close the following sections of paths:-

Footpath 21 Llanharan
That part of path that commences at on Ffordd-y-Coetir (SS9817682618) and proceeds in an east-north-east direction, and then it turns to continue in a south easterly direction to its termination on the A473 Bridgend Road (SS9861582420)

Alternative Route for pedestrians
During the period of the closure, the public should use the lane opposite the property known as Rhyd Lethin (SS98178261) and runs southwards along the metalled road, turns eastwards to follow the A473 (New Road/Bridgend Road) to terminate at its junction with Footpath 20 Llanharan (SS98838252).

The closure is necessary because of the likelihood of danger to the public during construction works for a housing development.

Access for emergency services WILL NOT be maintained
