BROXBOURNE BOROUGH COUNCIL
THE BOROUGH OF BROXBOURNE (VILLAGE CLOSE, HODDESDON) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Broxbourne Borough Council with the consent of Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions in part of Hoddesdon, as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

Documents giving more detailed particulars may be inspected from 11 June 2026 to 18 June 2026, by prior appointment, during office hours, at the offices of Broxbourne Borough Council, Borough Offices, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Herts EN8 9XQ.

Appointments to view the documents must be made by calling 01992 785555 or may be viewed online at www.broxbourne.gov.uk/consultations

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within 6 weeks from the date of this Notice apply to the High Court for this purpose.
