(Temporary Closing And Waiting Restrictions On A6129 Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City) Order 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A6129 Stanborough Road, Welwyn Garden City from its junction with the A6129 Broadwater Road/Osborn Way roundabout south westwards to its junction with the Parkway roundabout, a distance of approximately 386m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via: A6129 Broadwater Road, A1000 (Chequers/Hertford Road), A414 (Hertford Road/Mount Pleasant Lane/Great North Road) and A6129 Stanborough Road or via A6129 Broadwater Road, A1000 Broadwater Road, B195 (Bridge Road/The Campus roundabout/Bridge Road/Valley Road), B197 Great North Road, B653 Stanborough Road and A6129 Stanborough Road or via A6129 Broadwater Road, A1000 Broadwater Road, B195 (Bridge Road/The Campus roundabout) and Parkway.
Additionally, all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of Road, whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order will come into effect from 25 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 7 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(Temporary Closing Of The Footpath Fronting Nos.27-35 Colesdale, Cuffley) Order 2026
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all pedestrians from using the footpath fronting Nos.27-35 Colesdale, Cuffley from its junction with Colesdale south westwards for its entire length ("the Footpath").
There is no alternative route available, but access will be maintained wherever possible throughout the duration of the works.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footpath.
The Order will come into effect from 29 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 6 months. The works are scheduled to take 5 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Footpath.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Lawrence End Road, Peters Green from its junction with Kimpton Public Footpath No.044 south westwards to its junctions with The Green, a distance of approximately 305m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via: Lawrence End Road, Whiteway Bottom, Dane Street, Chiltern Green, Chiltern Green Road and The Green.
The Order is needed because water service installation works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order will come into effect from 29 June 2026 and will be valid for a period of 18 months. The works are scheduled to take 5 days to complete and will only take effect on the days and times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Bulls Lane, Hatfield from a point 145m north east of its junction with Foxes Lane north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 178m ("the Road").

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Wilkins Green Lane, Hatfield from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.5 Wilkins Green Lane south westwards, north westwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 353m ("the Road"), except for access.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Kimpton Road (East), Kimpton from a point 60m north east of its junction with B651 High Street north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 1030m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via: Kimpton Road (East), B651 (High Street/Hitchin Road/Horn Hill/High Street), Codicote Road, Whitwell Road, B656 High Street, Heath Lane, Kimpton Road and Kimpton Road (East).

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress:-
1. the road fronting Nos.35-42 Bradmore Green, Brookmans Park from its junction with Bradmore Green eastwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available, but access will be maintained wherever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Bradmore Green, Brookmans Park from its junction with Station Road north eastwards and eastwards for a distance of approximately 26m.
