REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council intends, in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make the following Temporary Road Traffic Orders: ORDER NO. MCC000150508348: The City of Manchester (Various Streets, Higher Blackley Ward, Picadially Ward)(Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic, Temporary No Waiting/No Loading, Temporary Revocation of One way Traffic, Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrain Traffic, Temporary Clearway) Order 2026 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is to Schedule 1- Prohibition of Vehicular traffic Minshull St from Major St Aytoun St from 18:00 19th June 2026 19:00 21st June 2026 Hart Street for its full length from 18:00 19th June 2026 19:00 21st June 2026 Bloom Street from Minshull St. to the northern end of Bloom St. from18:00 19th June 2026 19:00 21st June 2026.
Middleton Road from the Southern side of Victoria Ave. to the Northern Side of Crumpsall Ln. 20th & 21st June 2026 2000hrs - 0200hrs Heaton Park Road, west from Middleton Rd. to the petrol station in its entirety 20th & 21st June 2026 2000hrs - 0200hrs. Blackley New Rd from Middleton Rd to Riverdale Rd. 20th & 21st June 2026 2000hrs - 0200hrs Wilton Road from Holland Rd to Middleton Rd. 20th & 21st June 2026 2000hrs - 0200hrs.
Bury Old Road from Middleton Rd/ Leicester Rd. to the boundary with Bury / Salford) 20th & 21st June 2026 2000hrs - 0200hrs. All diversions will be signed locally.
