HH ZONES (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2026
Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 57 Whitby Road, Ruislip
ii) Outside No. 44 Yeading Lane, Hayes
iii) On Savoy Avenue rear of Nos. 48 & 50 Cleave Avenue, Hayes
iv) Outside No. 6 Denbigh Drive, Hayes
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 11 Sylvana Close, Hillingdon
ii) Outside No. 33 Marvell Avenue, Hayes
iii) Outside No. 103 Cleave Avenue, Hayes
4. Introduce a partial footway parking place opposite Nos. 1 to 5 Pynchester Close, Ickenham.
5. Remove the existing Zone NWH permit holder parking place in Oakdale Avenue, Northwood Hills adjacent to No. 56 Briarwood Drive and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 1pm to 2pm’ waiting restrictions.
6. Extend the length of the existing Zone NWH permit holder parking place in Oakdale Avenue, Northwood Hills adjacent to No. 40 to 49 Joel Street by 6 metres southwards.
7. Remove part of the Zone HH permit holder parking place outside No. 17 Beechwood Avenue, Hillingdon and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions. Copies of the notice of proposals, proposed Orders together with full details, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposal can be sent upon request or viewed online at https://www.hillingdon.gov.uk/improvement-schemes until 1st July 2026.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
PYNCHESTER CLOSE, ICKENHAM
i) Outside Nos. 1 to 5 Pynchester Close.
ii) At the junction with Hoylake Crescent.
HOYLAKE CRESCENT, ICKNEHAM – At the junction with Pynchester Close.
BERKELEY CLOSE, RUISLIP – On the inside of the corner outside Nos. 53 & 54 Berkeley Close.
CAMOMILE WAY, YIEWSLEY – Opposite Nos. 4 to 8 Camomile Way and on the corner adjacent to No. 15 Camomile Way.
HORTON ROAD, YIEWLSEY – Convert existing waiting restriction and extend double yellow lines west of the junction with Crown Way by 13.8 metres.
GREENCROFT AVENUE, RUISLIP – At the junction with Whitby Road.
WHITBY ROAD, RUISLIP – At the junction with Greencroft Avenue.
STARVEALL CLOSE, WEST DRAYTON – On the corner behind No. 2 Brickfields Way.
THE CHASE, EASTCOTE – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 95 The Chase to a new total length of 10 metres.
