Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer cerbydau y bydd cau’r ffordd yn effeithio arnynt yw trwy Ffordd Stansty a Lôn-y-Porthdy, a bydd arwyddion yn cael eu gosod i ddangos hyn. Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y mae’r ffordd ar gau. Disgwylir i’r gwaharddiad bara am 4 wythnos, neu nes cwblhau’r gwaith os yn gynt, a gallai barhau hyd at 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council intends to make a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
effective from 22/06/2026 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Railway Road, Wrexham between its junction with B5101 Stansty Road, and its junction with Brunswick Court for a distance of 76m to enable Wales and West Utilities to replace the gas mains in the carriageway.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via B5101 Stansty Road and Lodge Road, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure. The prohibition is expected to last for 4 weeks, or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
