Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 5th June 2026 it made the
above Orders to:
1. Install ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following
locations:
i) Outside No. 6 Albion Road, Hayes
ii) Iffley Close alongside No. 27 Montague Road, Uxbridge
iii) Outside No. 4 Nevin House, Bourne Avenue, Hayes
iv) On Nine Acres Close, opposite No. 19 Fairbourne House, Bourne Avenue, Hayes
v) Outside No. 103 Braybourne Close, Uxbridge
vi) Outside No. 75 St Peters Road, Cowley
3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:
i) Outside No. 58 Oxford Drive, Ruislip
ii) Outside No. 33 Wimborne Avenue, Hayes
4. Extend the operating times of the Zone SR(B) business permit holder parking place opposite Nos. 40 to 52 Station Approach, Ruislip to operate ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm’.
5. Extend the operating times of the existing Zone WD1 permit holder parking place on Colham Mill Road, West Drayton northeast of the junction with Humber Close to operate ‘9am to 11pm’ everyday.
6. Convert all existing sections of ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions on Colham Mill Road, West Drayton between the junctions of Station Road and Weirside Gardens to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 15th June 2026 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk.
If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court. SCHEDULE – INSTALLATION OF ‘AT ANY TIME’
WAITING RESTRICTIONS
THE UPLANDS, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 1 The Uplands by 5 metres northeastwards.
BEDWELL GARDENS, HAYES
i) Install double yellow lines opposite No. 64 Bedwell Gardens.
ii) Install double yellow lines along the southern side of the southern access road linking the two arms of Bedwell Gardens.
MOOR PARK ROAD, NORTHWOOD – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 37 Moor Park Road by 3 metres eastwards.
ACRE WAY, NORTHWOOD – Install double yellow lines on the inside of the corner adjacent to No. 5 Acre Way.
GREEN LANE, NORTHWOOD – Convert the existing waiting restrictions to double yellow lines between the junction with Hallowell Road to outside No. 110 Green Lane.
MORGAN’S LANE, HAYES – Opposite Nos. 6 and 8 Morgan’s Lane. TORCROSS ROAD, HAYES – Extend existing double yellow lines outside No. 78 Torcross Road by 3.6 metres.
RABOURNMEAD DRIVE, NORTHOLT – Extend the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Eastcote Lane, westwards to outside Nos. 1 to 4 Rabournmead Drive.
